Mobile topup worldwide failed

If you top up an international mobile phone, we will, after your payment was processed successfully, directly send the top up amount to the recipients account. In case the topup fails you will receive an error message. 

What is going to happen now? There is no need for you to do anything. We will automatically refund the amount.

Please be aware that depending on the method of payment used it might take a few days to show back on your account.
