Your Account was hacked - what to do!

Did you receive an e-mail confirming that your password was successfully changed? But you did not change your password yourself? So what should you do now? 

Check if you can still access your customer account: 

  • Yes: Change your password directly to make it safe again.
  • No: Please inform our Customer Service Team right away on service@staxter.com. We will assist you in recovering your account. 

Security recommendation

As there is a good chance that your e-mail account used for registration might be compromised as well, we recommend that you log into your e-mail account and change your password there as well.
