In order to fully use Saxter Service, you open a customer account.
- For this you open the registration option on the website or enter the registration tab on the App landing page. Enter your full name, e-mail address and your chosen password. Choose your home country so we can offer all available products to you.
- We send a confirmation e-mail to your address. Simply finish the confirmation and you are ready to start shopping on Staxter.
You did not receive the confirmation e-mail. What now? You can hit the re-send button on the confirmation page. If you still did not receive the confirmation e-mail please also check the Spam or Junk folder in your e-mail browser as depending on the security settings in your browser the e-mail might get stored here.
In case you get informed that your Username has already been taken, this means that your e-mail address was already used to register with Staxter.
Maybe you forgot your password and cannot enter your previously registered customer account any more? We are happy to help. At the bottom of the login page you can find "forgot password" We will send you a link to reset your password for this customer account.
